Welcome to the family of Laserspeed owners!

 

All Laserspeed Product is designed to give many years of trouble-free performance and reliability. Nonetheless, failures do sometimes occur even with equipment as well-built as Laserspeed’s. Therefore, please read the warranty information below carefully, because it contains important information, which in the event of such a failure, may be very helpful to you.

 

If after reading Laserspeed’s Warranty thoroughly and you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Laserspeed directly.

 

Laserspeed Limited Lifetime Warranty:

We warrant that your new Laserspeed product will be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship (including electronics) under normal use for a period of 18 months from the later of (i) customer's proof of the first purchase of the new product from an authorized commercial seller of Laserspeed products or from Laserspeed directly, or (ii) manufacturer's date/serial number (as specified on the product). For the units which are over 18 months period, Laserspeed will, free of charge and as determined by Laserspeed, either repair or replace your product, at the customer's request, evaluate and repair any and all defects in material and workmanship for a nominal bench fee.

 

This warranty does not apply to the following: (1) defects in materials and workmanship resulting from improper installation, misuse, operation, or maintenance, physical abuse, power failures or surges, lightning, fire, flood, or accident; (2) defects in materials and workmanship resulting from use of your new Laserspeed product with products or facilities supplied by others; (3) normal wear and tear; or (4) pre-owned, refurbished, demo or sample, or “as is” products, or products not purchased directly from Laserspeed or an authorized reseller or distributor.

 

How to get Warranty Service?

To obtain service under this warranty, please promptly notify Laserspeed by completing the form to obtain further instructions prior to returning or exchanging the warranted product. Any warranted product returned or exchanged must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase or fill in the product series number.
